Q: What Do You Charge For An Estimate?

A: Our estimates are FREE, with zero commitment. The are good for an entire year, giving you time to think about your options and to save money for your window, siding, or patio door upgrade. 

Q: How long have you been in business? 

A: We have been in business in Dallas since 2011, Houston since 2014, and continue to grow thanks to our great products and outstanding customer service. 

Q: Is there a a specific window type or brand you recommend?

A: We have our own exclusive windows built through Amerimax, allowing us to customize each window to your specific needs, color and style choices, and how they operate. 

Q: How would I handle service issues after the installation is complete?

A: We have our own service team that is here for you if any issues should arise with your newly installed windows. They help you all through the process from beginning to end if a problem should be present – they are a phone call away! 

Q: Do you offer painting as a part of your installation package?

A: Our windows are manufactured with built in trim, so there is no need to repaint. 

Q: How long will the process take, from signing the contract to installation?

A: Our time frame from contract to installation varies based on numerous factors, but the majority of our projects are completed within about 2 months from start to finish.  Remember – our windows are custom made for your home, and are also built to your specifications. You will never get a window that has been siting around for weeks (or even years). 

Q: How long would a 10 window installation project take you?

A: It typically takes about 1 and a half days to install 10 windows, depending on the size of the crew. 

Q: What type of warranty do you offer on your installation? (In addition to the warranty on the windows).

A: We offer a 2 year labor warranty.
